Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
1. Introduction
MH Solver ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, or use our Chrome extension with our hosted services.
2. Information we collect
Account and authentication
When you sign up or sign in, we collect information such as your email address and authentication data processed by vendors we use for identity and login. We may also store a unique user identifier tied to your account.
Billing
If you purchase a subscription, our payment partners collect payment details and related billing information on our behalf. We receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and customer email) from those partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Content you submit for AI features
To generate answers, the extension may send question text, answer choices, and related context to our servers, which forward that content to our AI hosting pipeline. Do not submit sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, health information) in questions.
Technical data
We may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device or extension version, IP address, and timestamps when you use our site or APIs, for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and enforce plan limits (e.g., free tier daily caps)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms (including shared accounts)
- Communicate with you about the Service, security, or policy updates
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How we share information
We share information with:
- Service providers who host our app, authentication, payments, and AI inference, under contractual obligations to protect data
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service
We do not sell your personal information as traditionally defined in U.S. state privacy laws.
5. Retention
We retain account and billing records as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Question content sent for AI processing may be retained for a limited period for debugging, quality, and abuse prevention, or as required by law. Retention periods may vary; contact us for deletion requests as described below.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@example.com. We may verify your request before responding.
9. International users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes where allowed by law.
