Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with MH Solver. This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund for paid subscriptions (e.g., Pro). It applies in addition to any rights you may have under law or your payment provider's rules.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial purchase date for that subscription. "Initial purchase" means the first charge for Pro (or the then-current paid plan), not renewal charges unless required by law.

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.

3. How to request a refund

Email contact@example.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email, the approximate date of purchase, and a brief reason (optional but helpful). We may ask you to verify ownership of the account.

4. After a refund

If we approve a refund for your current billing period, your paid features (such as unlimited questions) may be removed when the refund is processed or shortly thereafter. You may retain access to free-tier features if you keep your account, subject to our Terms of Service.

5. Renewals and cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges outside the 30-day window above. If you cancel mid-period, you may retain access until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise or issue a prorated refund where required by law.

6. Chargebacks and abuse

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks or systematic abuse of refund programs may result in account termination without service restoration.

7. Free tier

No fees are charged for the free tier; there is nothing to refund for free usage. Violations of our Terms (including shared accounts) may result in loss of access without payment refund.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Purchases made after an update are governed by the policy in effect at purchase unless law requires otherwise.
